I also understand that, if at any time, his/her conduct, academic progress, or cooperation with the school’s authorities is not in keeping with the school’s requirements, the school reserves the right to terminate, at its sole discretion, my child’s enrollment. I give permission for my child to take part in all school activities. I absolve the school from all liability in the event my child is injured at school or during any school activity. Fee amounts are as follows: February 1st - March 31st: $125, April 1st-May 31st: $150, June 1st - July 31st: $175 Tuition payments are due the 1st of each month, beginning August 1st through May 1st. If payment has not been received by the 15th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to your account balance and a late notice will be mailed to your home. If payment has not been received by the 25th, you will be notified by phone.
